A conference was organized for the students of the Mapping and Cadastre Program at Osmancık Vocational School, focusing on recent changes in cadastre legislation. The conference was delivered by Cadastre Technician Tuğhan Yağan from the Osmancık Cadastre Office.
During the event, which was designed for students studying in the field of mapping and cadastre, Tuğhan Yağan provided a detailed explanation of the latest amendments to cadastre legislation. He discussed how the updates in Law No. 3402 on Cadastre and its related regulations are reflected in practice and shared recent developments from the field along with case studies.
Throughout the session, Yağan also answered students’ questions, offering guidance through a presentation enriched with both theoretical knowledge and professional experience. The conference helped students gain an up-to-date perspective on cadastral practices and an opportunity to closely follow innovations in the sector.
